Pre- Draft Camp

The NBA Pre Draft Camp was a new basketball experience for me. After working out in Sacramento from May 15th until the time pre-draft camp came around, I thought I was prepared. However, I was getting so many suggestions of what to do from outside individuals that I almost forgot what got me to that point. I was told to be a true point guard. I was told to look for my offense and create my own shot. I was told to play pressure defense. I was told not to foul. Trying to take all these suggestions in, made me think too much instead of just playing. With all that said I was still one of the most intense players and best defenders in the camp, according to several sports writers. Coming out of camp, several teams were interested. Among them were the New Jersey Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks, and others were still interested.
